The design and construction of software takes place in three phases: plan, build en run. The total lead time is at least three and a maximum of twelve months. During the first phase; plan, we investigate in sprint 0 which software can contribute exactly to the business. We do this by mapping business processes, among other things through interviews.
Has the first phase been completed? And is it clear which IT solution can contribute to the business? Then the build and run phases follow. This means that in sprints of two weeks, a part of the IT solution is built each time. The end result is different for each client. Are you curious about what we have done for our clients?
