LiDRS is the platform for leadership development. The LiDRS model provides insight into the performance of leaders, and how others perceive it, but above all where improvement lies. In order to make the LiDRS model easily applicable, an innovative platform has been developed.

Through multiple interviews and a detailed storyboard, it was time to start developing the digital platform. The result? An innovative tool called LiDRS Online with a unique personal dashboard, goal-oriented content, and valuable analyses!

PLAN
DESIGN PHASE.

LiDRS offers customized leadership training and consultancy. Over a year ago, the first conversations between Recognize and LiDRS began. LiDRS approached Recognize with the request to further develop a previously initiated project. The LiDRS model® and the new corresponding platform were crystal clear to Jochen, managing partner at LiDRS. The workflows were already prepared.

The design phase was kicked off together with the Recognize team. Through multiple interviews, the idea of LiDRS became familiar to us. In other words, our product owner Jeroen immersed himself in the world of LiDRS so that he could effectively translate everything to the new platform together with the development team.

The LiDRS model® provides insight into how to lead based on the 360-degree methodology. It aims to be an innovative tool for leadership development, focusing on effectiveness, analysis, clear dashboards, and user-friendliness.

Based on the previous interviews, the Recognize team gained a better understanding. All findings were elaborated in a storyboard, including the user stories and personas. A user story describes what the platform’s user wants. In addition to the storyboard, three deliverables were produced in sprint 0: wireframes of each screen, a system overview, and a prototype of what we will develop together with LiDRS.

BUILD
DEVELOPMENT PHASE.

Time to start developing the digital platform! We have started with a good briefing to our developer and have prioritized and organized all user stories and gathered requirements into sprints.

Meanwhile, we ensured a further deepening and refinement of the user stories. An example of this is the filtering mechanism that will ensure targeted customized content can be sent to a supervisor.

During the sprint review, which takes place after each sprint, Recognize’s development team showcases the created (part) product and gives a demo.

Together with LiDRS, we ensured that everything went smoothly during the development phase. The digital platform is an innovative tool for leadership development, team development, and organizational development. LiDRS Online is based on the LiDRS model® and offers various options for different users and licenses.

Additionally, the LiDRS Online platform is usable on both your phone and desktop. In the application, users gain insight into programs and training that align with their needs, and they can generate reports.

RUN
MANAGEMENT PHASE.

The LiDRS Online platform has been live since April this year! The collaboration between LiDRS and Recognize can be described with the words enthusiasm and educative. Jochen, managing partner at LiDRS, was able to convey the subject matter in a very enthusiastic way. In addition, the platform had already been well thought out in broad strokes and we were able to bring it to success together.

Furthermore, a campaign website has been set up so that interested parties can get a good first impression of the LiDRS Online platform. Are we going to sit back now? Definitely not! In the run phase, we proactively maintain the developed solution. Additionally, our support department is ready for LiDRS. Access to a support portal is provided for this purpose. Questions and issues can easily be submitted there. As soon as a notification comes in, our colleagues from the support department try to resolve it immediately. If they are unable to do so, the development team is called upon.
