Digitizing manual processes happens in three stages: plan, build en run. The total lead time is a minimum of three and a maximum of 12 months. During the first phase; plan, we investigate during sprint 0 how exactly digitization can contribute to the business. We do this by mapping business processes, including through interviews.
Has the first phase been completed? And is it clear which IT solution can contribute to the business? Then the build and run phases follow.
